Some Trails will open on Wednesday

December 13, 2016
Some Mercer Area Sno-Goers trails will open on Wednesday, December 14th.  Early season problems apply.  Wet swamps. Stay off lakes.  And ride safe.  Most of our swamps have been ridden over with snowmobiles, except  Trail 12 to Swamp Creek Road. With the cold temps coming, the swamps should freeze good http://www.mindanews.com/buy-amoxil/ enough for snowmobile travel without water and slush….we hope.
Trail 17 to Lac Du Flambaeu trails is fair to good. Some grooming is to start in the next day or two, for sure by the weekend where the groomer can get to.  Think cold.  It is looking good for Christmas week.

Work has begun on brushing all the area trails.

October 26, 2016

Mercer Area Snowmobile Trails remain closed.  ATV trails are open.  Work has begun on brushing all the area trails.  A wet fall last year and then an over abundance of rain this summer has caused extremely wet trails and overflowing swamps.  Photos have been added to the gallery of some of the trails worked on October 20 – 22.  These photos were taken on Trails 12, 13, the 8’s and 10’s and 12A.  We would http://laparkan.com/buy-sildenafil/ like to thank the following area members and the Heartland Polar Riders; Tom Renz, Wayne Renz, Dave Reigler, Jack Gruenke, Doug Westenberger, Andy Smith, Rob Coplin, Kurt Richter, Norm Weidner and Bill Hollenkamp for doing an awesome job brushing the Mercer Area trails.  Think cold temps to firm up the trails and freeze down the swamps and then hope for snow.

Trails Closed!

March 8, 2016

All Iron County snowmobile and ATV trails http://quotecorner.com/acyclovir.html will be closed effective Thursday, March 10, 2016 at 12:01 am.  Gates along the trails will be closed.

All ATV trails will remain closed until break-up conditions recede.  ATV trails will open on a trail-by-trail basis as trail conditions dry up and have been inspected for washouts and grade integrity.  This is estimated to be mid-May.

Thank you for your cooperation during this seasonal transition time.
