Conditions Fair to Good
The warm weather last weekend really hurt us. We had a lot of melting and some trails took a beating. Riders are still out and about with some reporting Good Conditions out of town, most sledders in town are still putting on a lot of miles this week as the trails are defiantly rideable. Trail 17 (the grade is Poor with some gravel coming through), Trail 10 and 12B to the flowage are Fair condition with icey corners. The remainder of the system is still Good Condtion as the woods really protected direct sun light. We have been hit again by logging on most of our town road trails, watch for plowed down roads on Island Lake Rd, Circle Lilly Rd, Cramer Lake Rd, and Cedar Lake Rd; this is an issue we are working on for the future. This Saturday is our Club fundraiser at the Wolf’s Den Bar & Grill inside the Great Northern Hotel. Stop in from 11am till 2pm for a Chili Feed and Brat Fry, all money raised will go to grooming the trails. Thank you to everyone who continues to support the club and remember to Ride Safe!

Conditions Good-Excellent
After another busy weekend with a lot of traffic, but we were just saved by a nice wet snow storm. 5-8″ fell around the Mercer area last night and the groomers now have some good snow to work with. We have been getting great reviews with Trail 182 which has never been this good, also 10 and 12B to the flowage are in excellent shape as well. We do have a Cookout Fundraiser this Saturday at Dear Lodge starting at 11am; these events help the club raise money to groom the trails, please stop out and support us. Remember Ride Safe!
We post to this site once a week, please watch our facebook page for more frequent updates!

Conditions Good to Very Good
The Conditions are the best we’ve seen all year. We have a solid base with a good amount of snow on top. Groomers have been out on all trails over the course of the week and we are classifying the entire trail system as good, but the further north you go the more snow you will find; the northern half of our trail system is considered very good. We are monitoring the temperatures for this weekend as currently Friday and Saturday are above freezing, we hope that with our base and minimal direct sun the trails will hold up. This Saturday we have a fundraiser at Eunica’s Beaver Lodge with an Italian buffet from 5 to 8pm, please come out and support our club as the money raised at these events assist with trail grooming. Be sure to check out trail 182 which has been groomed for the 1st time in 4 years and is in very good shape right now. Also, please remember to drive safe and at a controllable speed.
