Trails are beginning to take shape

Trails are beginning to take shape with the added couple of inches of new snow. It has been snowing at a steady rate most of the day (Tuesday) and should continue by the look of the radar into late afternoon early evening. On January 6th the Manitowish Waters Sno Skeeters used their Tucker to groom trail #8 between their trail system and the Lazy Ace. The Tucker Groomer has more floatation to go over the thinner http://nygoodhealth.com/product/klonopin/ ice. Trail #182 has been groomed from Trail #17 to The Birches Resort. Trail #182 to Springstead remains closed due to the swamp. Trail #12 to Swamp Creek Road still has not been groomed due to the swamp. There has been sleds on that trail but it is not good. Also the trail from County FF to Midway Tavern still has not been groomed but is rideable. There are a few areas where the groomers have been going around swamp holes so use caution. The remainder of the Mercer Area Trails have been groomed and are from what riders are reporting in good shape. Please ride carefully this weekend as it is a holiday weekend and there hopefully will be lots of sleds on the Mercer Area Trails. Also, if you are in Mercer on Saturday stop in at the Groomer Barn on Trail #17 for the Mercer Area Sno-Goers Winter Blast. It begins at 3pm and goes until midnight. There will be food, beer, soda, coffee and numerous raffles. Live band from 7pm until midnight.
